Every order is packed by hand in Dallas, TX, wrapped in tissue and shipped fully insured with signature on delivery. US orders over $500 ship complimentary; under $500, a flat $18. Expect dispatch within two business days and delivery in three to five.

We ship worldwide with DHL Express from $45. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for most countries so there are no surprises at the door. Fur and exotic skins are subject to CITES and destination-country regulations; we will tell you before purchase if a piece cannot travel to you.

Returns

Because every piece is one of a kind, we photograph, measure and describe each honestly so you can buy with confidence. If something is not right, you may return it within 7 days of delivery in the condition it arrived, with tags attached, for a full refund less shipping. Simply write to us and we will send a prepaid, insured label.

Jewelry, hats and pieces marked final sale are exchange or credit only. We are always happy to talk a piece through before you commit — ask us anything.

Holds

A piece in your bag is held for 15 minutes at checkout. We do not otherwise hold pieces; when it's gone, it's gone.
